1. The customer that will be queueing outside the doors long before11am and get mad when we open at 11:03am. Seriously. Who wants to be eating a big meal of chicken and chips this early in the morning?

2. The customer that probably eats at Nando's once a week yet forgets every single time to remember their table number when ordering at the till.

3. The customer that insists each of their friends swipe their Nando's card multiple times in the hopes that they get multiple chilli points. That’s not how it works but nice try pal. You can only earn one chilli per £7 spent and there’s a limit on one a day.

4. The customer that orders either lemon and herb or mango and lime but asks for our chefs to change the flavour flag to "hot". We know you can't handle the heat and your date should know too.

5. The customer that thinks it's still funny to ask for a black card. The answer will always be no unless on the very rare occasion you're a famous celeb who will promote the brand online. Which you are not. So the answer is still no.

6. The customer that thinks they're sly and fills their small water glass up with fizzy drink. The water glass and soft drinks glass are both different sizes for a reason. We know your game.

7. The customer that asks for mango and lime sauce knowing full well that if we could give it to you then it would be stocked in the condiment stand. Having the baste raw could make you sick but too much of anything good is bad for you right?

8. The customer that thinks it's cool to steal the table chicken stick so they can have the perfect souvenir. How else will they remember the time they ate chicken and chips with the squad?

9. The "cheeky Nandos" customer that must let everyone on social media know every single time they've been to Nando's. Congrats! You're the cheekiest of them all.
